报告人简介：

Dr. Zhao is a Professor at Department of Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering, The Ohio State University. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (UIUC), and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Bio-Environment Engineering from Beijing Agricultural Engineering University, China. Dr. Zhao conducts research, teaching and extension education in indoor environmental quality and air pollutant control of animal production facilities. Dr. Zhao has been awarded 34 grants and contracts for a total of $11.22 millions including about $4.32 million as a PI and $6.9 millions as a Site PI or co-PI. Dr. Zhao has been awarded two patents for a wet scrubbing ammonia mitigation technology she developed with her students. She has published 43 peer-reviewed journal articles, 54 proceedings articles, 46 factsheets, technical reports, and editor reviewed articles in popular press; and over 150 scientific presentations at regional, national, and international conferences.
