会议主题：

水资源是农业发展的基础资源，在农业生产中处于战略地位，对国家粮食安全和农业经济发展具有全局性和长远性影响。如何在保持农业经济发展的同时，正确处理好水资源与农业经济增长之间的关系，成为水资源利用和管理过程中必须考虑的重要问题。本次研讨会将从国际比较的视角探究如何优化农业产业结构，改善水资源的利用方式，实现水资源要素的农业经济效用最大化。 

学术报告一：Water management technologies for improving agricultural water use efficiency: a case study in soybean

报告人简介：Dr. Ruixiu Sui, Acting Research Leader and Research Agricultural Engineer in United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), and an Adjunct Professor in Texas A&M University. As a Lead Scientist in USDA-ARS, Dr. Sui’s research focuses on developing novel water management technologies and providing irrigation scheduling and application guidelines for improving water-use efficiency in humid regions. He has published 165 refereed articles, conference papers and book chapters, and given numerous presentations worldwide. He was elected by his professional colleagues to serve as the Chair in two technical committees of ASABE (American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers).

学术报告二：Irrigated agricultural production in the united states

报告人简介：Dr. Earl Vories, professional engineer licensed in Arkansas and a nationally and internationally recognized authority on water management in humid areas. He has worked for 30 years in the Lower Mississippi Water Resource Area, where over half of all farmland is irrigated. His work has been documented in over 200 technical publications, including 67 refereed journal articles. His research was recognized with 1992 and 2006 Superior Paper Awards from ASABE. His stature among professional colleagues is documented by his election as chair of the ASABE technical committee NRES-242 “Surface Irrigation and Water Supply,” which includes notable irrigation professionals addressing irrigation on a world-wide scale.

学术报告三：：China's agriculture water: Policy on utilization and protection

报告人简介：雷波，中国水科院水利研究所发展战略与政策研究室主任，教授级高级工程师，主要从事水资源经济、农业用水管理和评价等方面的研究，在水资源可持续利用及管理、农业用水利用与配置、灌溉发展、农业水价等方面开展了一系列研究。先后主持和参加过国家自然科学基金，国家科技支撑、国家“863计划”“973”等国家和省部级课题。曾获得水利部大禹水利科技进步二等奖、农业节水科技进步二等奖和水利水电科学研究院科技应用一等奖等。以第一作者出版专著《旱作节水农业综合效益评价研究》，合著出版《水资源管理学导论》，参与编著《水资源经济学》等多部学术专著，发表SCI、EI和核心期刊等各类论文30余篇，软件著作权6件。

学术报告四：Reservoir optimization considering ecological effect on the upper Yellow River

报告人简介：李芳芳，beat365体育官方网站副教授，清华大学水利工程专业学士、博士，中国长江三峡集团公司博士后，先后在台湾国立清华大学、美国Cornell University从事合作研究。研究涉及水资源优化配置、泥沙输移及生态保护、水库多目标优化运行、水光风多能互补联合调度等领域。主持及参与多项国家级及省部级科研项目，近五年共发表学术论文30余篇，以第一作者和通讯作者身份在Applied Energy, Environmental Modeling &Software等SCI期刊发表论文近20篇，其中1篇被JCR评为高被引论文，出版学术专著1本，参与多次国际会议学术会议，获省部级二等奖励1项，授权发明专利2项。

学术报告五：Water resource management and its influence on agricultural production

报告人简介：孟婷，beat365体育官方网站经济管理学院讲师，美国佐治亚大学（UGA）博士，美国麻省理工学院（MIT)博士后。主要研究领域为环境/能源经济学，消费经济学，应用计量经济学等。发表论文及书籍章节16篇，其中SCI收录文章8篇。曾获美国佐治亚大学博士论文完成奖；第14届国际科学日最佳演讲者；美国佐治亚大学研究生院国际会议奖学金；奥地利马歇尔学者奖学金等。
