Dr. Ruixiu Sui

Acting Research Leader and Research Agricultural Engineer in United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), and an Adjunct Professor in Texas A&M University. As a Lead Scientist in USDA-ARS, Dr. Sui’s research focuses on developing novel water management technologies and providing irrigation scheduling and application guidelines for improving water-use efficiency in humid regions. He has published 165 refereed articles, conference papers and book chapters, and given numerous presentations worldwide. He was elected by his professional colleagues to serve as the Chair in two technical committees of ASABE (American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers).
